Aunt Elizabeth was over yesterday and she did a good job keeping Natalie at peace in the house. Looks like she's a natural:
Grandma and Grandpa Florence stopped over as well and took time for a family photo:
Aunt Susan was over on Tuesday, too but opted not to hold the baby since she was not feeling 100% and didn't want to get the baby sick... just in case. Very thoughtful! But, Aunt Susan made us an awesome lasagna that we cooked up last night. It was fantastic! We'll be sure to post a photo of Natalie with Aunt Susan as soon as she's feeling better.
Next up is Grandpa Cobb who will be coming down from Michigan on Wednesday. It'll be a big day as we are getting new blinds installed on the first floor of our house and we have our first pediatrician appointment as well. Little Natalie gave us a bit of scare last night so it'll be nice to get her checked over by a professional. She hadn't passed a dirty diaper in over 36 hours starting on Sunday morning so we were concerned that something was wrong. Jaundice sets in on all babies to some degree and the way they help themselves get rid of it is through dirty diapers. Well, needless to say, we were worried since she hadn't gone in a while. Jill and I were praying for a dirty diaper but... be careful what you wish for! Holy smokes... Natalie proved to Mom and Dad that everything was just fine at about 3:30am when she dirtied a diaper. Then another. Then another. Well, you get the idea. We were worried that is going too far the other way now but the Doctor's office said everything is just fine. Yay!
I know this is TMI but for those of us who like potty humor, there you go.

If it involves my brother having to change a poopy diaper, or getting pooped on, I love potty humor!
I feel for you both...all I do is change Bailey's diapers! Congratulations on your new addition! Natalie is so adorable. I wish we lived closer so our girls could have playdates! Enjoy this time...it goes by so fast!!! Lots of love, Heather, Richie, Grace and Bailey
Cobb, I thoroughly appreciate your "poop" comments, I would expect nothing less from you. Your girl(s) are amazing!
