Winter Escape

We escaped to Florida just in the nick of time. Mother Nature brought snow and ice to Cincy on Feb 21 around the evening rush hour so we were thankful our flight was early that afternoon. Plunking it in Sarasota for a long weekend is just what we needed.

Natalie thinks her daddy's hat is pretty cool. She also likes sunglasses. Pictured below is Natalie tugging at Jason's ear. This baby girl has a mighty strong grip!

She stopped grabbing at things long enough to pose for a picture. These are my favorite two people in the world!!!

We traveled about 30 minutes south to Venice, FL to visit with "snow birds" from Jason's family: Aunt Kathy & Uncle Tom, Uncle Ed and Aunt Reba, and Cousin Jill. Here's Natalie with Ed and Reba.
